Healing timelines vary.

Many clients begin to notice shifts within the first few weeks, especially with homeopathic support. However, deeper or long-standing issues take more time.

We recommend a minimum of 90 days, with more complex cases often requiring 6 months or longer. An initial screening with 2 follow ups is common for most people.

Not unless you are in a coaching container with me privately. You will communicate with our VIP chat through the clinic for questions, concerns, etc until our next scheduled appointment. Many clients upgrade into coaching as they enjoy the weekly check-ins and on-going protocol adjustments in between updated screenings.
